Having Sky in our lives definitely provides a challenge to staying on target. Like most other newborns, she likes to wake and eat every two hours through out the night. Although Sky is breast feeding I help Kelly as much as she needs with the work throughout the evening making me exhausted as I am back to my full time job.
Have no fear it is because of you and people like Kay, who shared her story on the contact page why I went into the garage this evening and completed another dvd of the Insanity program.
I broke my leg when I was 17 and could not walk to the bathroom without the assistance of crutches in fact I couldn’t go anywhere without them for a couple of weeks. I have also on multiple occasions chosen not to speak for the day; why … What would it be like to live without a sense that we currently enjoy; take for-granted without even knowing it ? ? ?

I will complete the 100 mile bike ride in September and I will complete the 26.2 mile Marine Corp Marathon in October because of individuals out there struggling with ailments that have no cure and very little medical assistance.
I will go through the struggles of being exhausted and still having to continue on in an effort to capture a small idea of what it must be like to live with the frustrations that these illnesses present.
