Wearing shoes may it be running, hiking, working or walking, should be paired with socks.

Sometimes it is fine to not wear socks, when your wearing sandals, do not wear socks when wearing sandals!

Socks are the seat belts to our feet with out them, consequences could be, well:

Painful and gross . . .

Wear your seat belt

Wear your helmet

Run opposite side of traffic

Bike same side as traffic

Leave an earbud out (so you can hear what is going on around you when exercising)

Don’t drink and drive

Don’t text and drive

Wear your Socks!
