This morning I most likely would have used the same excuse as I am tired but instead, our youngest daughter woke up at 5 am in order to give me a hug and a kiss. Seriously, we just changed her over about last week to the toddler bed and she did need a diaper change but after putting her back in bed with a clean diaper, she went back to sleep, after reaching up to give me a hug and kiss. The alarm was set to go off about 45 minutes later but instead of getting back into bed, I said NO! I turned around and went out to turn the coffee on and started to stretch.
Yes I did it!
Changing our habits is hard. But with the right dedication, yes dedication, we need to understand that if we place a barrier between exercising, eating healthy or not, it is not a reason but rather an excuse to why we are not committed.
